Five Days, Five Ways That Andy Biggs and Karrin Taylor Robson Are Out-of-Touch With Arizonans: Banning Abortion With Zero Exceptions

Copper State War Room is concluding its first “Five Days, Five Ways” press release series, continuing to spotlight how Andy Biggs and Karrin Taylor Robson have failed Arizona. Day Five: Andy Biggs and Karrin Taylor Robson each support a total ban on abortion with zero exceptions and would threaten IVF and contraception access if given the chance.
In a bipartisan vote last year, the Arizona Legislature repealed the draconian 1864 total abortion ban that criminalized doctors with the threat of up to five years in prison. Karrin Taylor Robson pledged to enforce this draconian ban, and Andy Biggs has pushed to ban abortion without exception and jeopardize access to IVF and contraception.

Andy Biggs has called abortion “barbaric” and “evil,” and he cosponsored the Life at Conception Act, which bans abortion nationwide and jeopardizes IVF.
Karrin Taylor Robson supported Texas's extreme abortion ban with no exceptions for rape or incest and wanted doctors performing abortions to face criminal penalties. She also donated against Arizona's Prop 139, putting her incredibly out of touch with Arizonans who voted nearly 2 to 1 in favor of making reproductive freedom a constitutional right.
Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:
"Andy Biggs and Karrin Taylor Robson are wildly out of touch with Arizonans and would force rape and incest survivors to give birth. These extremists are determined to outlaw abortion with zero exceptions and strip away access to IVF and contraception, despite clear opposition to their agenda.
