Washington’s Gas Crisis Hits Arizona, Fueled By Biggs and Schweikert

The chaotic and cost-hiking agenda from DC that is fully backed by Andy Biggs and David Schweikert has officially led to gas prices hitting $4 per gallon nationally, while diesel in Arizona reached a new all-time high of $6.07 per gallon, a 70 percent increase in 30 days.

This is just another example of Biggs and Schweikert’s cost-hiking agenda that squeezes Arizona families. Already, both have backed the illegal tariffs, which have raised the price of everyday goods from beef to construction. And both have supported a dangerous healthcare agenda that is raising premiums for Arizonans and threatening to kick hundreds of thousands off their healthcare – all for tax breaks for billionaires.

Arizona families are already paying more at the grocery store, and with fuel costs skyrocketing, prices on everyday items are about to get even worse. 

Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:

“If there’s one thing Andy Biggs and David Schweikert agree on, it’s raising costs on Arizonans, from the gas pump to the grocery store to healthcare. Both Biggs and Schweikert completely own these skyrocketing gas and diesel prices because they have put partisan politics first and Arizona families’ wallets last. They must both explain what they’re doing to stand up to their own party in DC to lower gas prices, but they won’t. And Arizonans won’t forget.”
