THE ANDY BIGGS FILES, VOLUME 4: Siding with Pedophiles and Sex Traffickers in Epstein Files

9/23/26, 2:45 PM

Welcome to The Andy Biggs Files, Copper State War Room’s weekly look at Andy Biggs’ decades-long record of protecting pedophiles, sex traffickers, and abusers.

Each week, we’ll examine a different vote from Biggs’ career, what was at stake, and explain how he put politics ahead of protecting Arizonans.

Volume 4 focuses on 2025, when Andy Biggs was one of only two Republicans on a House Oversight Subcommittee to vote against releasing the Epstein Files.

Following this committee vote, Biggs refused to sign a bipartisan discharge petition to force the release of the Epstein Files. The following day, Biggs voted to send the Epstein investigation back to committee, a move that would have delayed the release even further, dismissing accountability as a "gotcha game" and "PR stunt." Arizonans are still waiting on Biggs to sign the discharge petition.

This vote is one in a long pattern of Biggs being on the wrong side of legislation intended to protect women and children from sexual abuse, exploitation, and trafficking that is documented in The Andy Biggs Files, a website examining Biggs’ legislative record on these issues.

Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:

“Andy Biggs had the chance to join a bipartisan effort to stand up for Jeffrey Epstein’s victims, and he refused. It’s the latest in his decades-long record of siding with abusers, pedophiles, and sex traffickers over the women and children they hurt.”
