Andy Biggs and David Schweikert’s Votes Are Costing Arizonans an Extra $2000

Arizonans are paying the price for Andy Biggs and David Schweikert’s loyalty to Washington’s cost-hiking agenda.
A new analysis shows the average American household has paid $2,072 more since the start of 2025 because of tariffs, rising utility bills, and higher gas prices from the war in Iran, which are all consequences of policies Biggs and Schweikert backed.
This report puts a number on what Arizona families are already feeling. Grocery prices climbed under tariffs they supported. Utility bills jumped after they voted to roll back clean energy tax credits. Healthcare premiums skyrocketed 30 percent for Arizonans on the ACA marketplace after Biggs and Schweikert refused to extend the credits that kept costs down.
And three separate times, they had the chance to end the Iran war but three times they voted to keep gas prices high for Arizona families.
Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:
“This report confirms what Arizona families already know: Andy Biggs and David Schweikert are making life more expensive. Whether it’s gas, groceries, utilities, or healthcare, they keep voting for Washington’s cost-hiking agenda, and Arizonans keep getting stuck with the bill.”
