Five Days, Five Ways Andy Biggs and Kari Lake Share The Same Extreme Agenda, Day One: Election Denialism
5/4/26, 6:00 PM
Copper State War Room is launching its “Five Days, Five Ways” press release series this week, highlighting how Andy Biggs is carrying forward Kari Lake’s extreme and out-of-touch agenda. Day One: Election Denialism.
Andy Biggs and Kari Lake have both built their political brands on conspiracy theories and refusing to accept the will of Arizona voters. Here’s how they are cut from the same cloth:
Biggs voted to overturn Arizona’s 2020 election results on January 6, 2021. He was in regular contact with White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows about schemes to reverse the outcome, and January 6 organizer Ali Alexander has credited Biggs as one of “the four guys who came up with a January 6 event.” Ten months after the election, Biggs still claimed on the House floor that “we don’t know who won Arizona in the 2020 presidential election.”
Lake has refused to concede either of her two statewide losses; the 2022 governor’s race and the 2024 Senate race, even under oath. In a September 2025 deposition, Lake still would not acknowledge losing. She took her 2022 loss to court and lost seven times.
Both Biggs and Lake have supported ongoing federal efforts to reinvestigate Arizona’s extensively reviewed 2020 election, despite bipartisan confirmation that it was free and fair.
Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:
“Andy Biggs and Kari Lake chose conspiracy theories over Arizona voters, again and again. Arizonans have already rejected this losing agenda twice with Kari Lake, and this November, they will reject it again with Andy Biggs running the same playbook.”
Copper State War Room will continue highlighting five key ways Biggs is out of step with Arizona voters throughout the week.
