Even Andy Biggs’ Own Allies Are Calling Out His Cost-Hiking Votes

Last week, far-right media host Dan Ball pressed Andy Biggs on the impact of the war on rising prices, saying, “I understand, fuel price is up while we have the Iran conflict going on, and everything has to get shipped, right? Whether it's on a plane, a big rig, or a train. And that takes fuel.” 

Despite this, Biggs voted for the war in Iran for a fourth straight time just days earlier. He also voted to protect and expand the cost-hiking tariffs, causing grocery prices to hit all-time highs, and praised them as “a brilliant economic strategy.” Biggs has claimed that there is "no inflation," said that the tariffs were “not inflationary,” and argued that Washington has “tamed inflation” and “brought everything back down.”

Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:

“Andy Biggs has voted for cost-hiking tariffs and a cost-hiking war every single time, forcing Arizonans to pay more at the checkout counter and the pump. Even his own allies agree that Andy Biggs’ cost-hiking agenda is hurting Arizona families.”
