SPOTTED OUTSIDE THE GOP DEBATE: Mobile Billboard Highlights Schweikert’s Attack on Biggs’ Record of Voting Against Protecting Children

6/17/26, 11:00 PM

A mobile billboard truck highlighting David Schweikert's criticism of Andy Biggs' record of voting against protecting children was spotted today. The billboard features Schweikert's own words attacking Biggs:

The billboard comes after Schweikert publicly questioned Biggs' record and warned that it would be difficult for him to explain his votes and associations to Arizona voters. Republicans are concerned about Biggs’ legislative record, including a vote he took “against requiring people convicted of sexual crimes, such as rape, in other states to register as sex offenders in Arizona upon moving there.” Earlier this week, Google Search ads highlighted Schweikert’s comments warning that voters can find out more about Biggs’ extremist record by spending “five minutes on Google.”

Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado issued the following statement:

"When David Schweikert is warning voters that Andy Biggs voted against protecting children from 'really, really bad actors,' Arizonans should pay attention. Schweikert has spent weeks sounding the alarm about Biggs' extremist record, his refusal to distance himself from abusers, and his dangerous judgment. If even members of his own party believe Andy Biggs has serious problems explaining his record, that's something Arizona voters deserve to hear."
