Republicans Aren’t Buying Biggs’ Desperate Rebrand

Andy Biggs is trying to reinvent himself as a bipartisan problem-solver. The problem? Even fellow Republicans aren't buying it. During Sunday's Square Off, host Brahm Resnik dismissed Biggs' latest pivot as "an obvious attempt to pivot to the center by a Trump partisan who votes for the president's priorities 94 percent of the time."
Biggs’ fellow Republicans quickly dismantled the desperate rebrand. Republican candidate Scott Neely warned that Arizona Republicans “don’t need another Kari Lake loss,” while David Schweikert argued that “every data point” shows that Biggs cannot win a general election. Both Schweikert and Neely also criticized Biggs’ close ties to far-right Turning Point, with Schweikert arguing that Biggs is “wholly owned” by the organization.
Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:
“Andy Biggs knows his extreme record is a problem, which is why he's suddenly trying to run away from it. From January 6 and election denialism to cost-hiking tariffs and his ties to extremist groups, fellow Republicans aren't buying his latest makeover – and Arizonans won’t either."
