Karrin Taylor Robson and Andy Biggs Abandon Veterans, Put Washington Swamp First With New Comments

This week, after Arizona’s U.S. Senator Mark Kelly urged veterans to uphold their oath to the Constitution, Donald Trump called for Kelly’s death and retaliated by opening a bogus retaliatory investigation to intimidate Kelly as well as other veterans. How did Arizona’s GOP react to these veterans defending the Constitution? They continued their streak of leaving every Arizona value behind in order to cozy up to the Washington swamp, of course.

Karrin Taylor Robson’s PAC stated that Senator Kelly is “learning his own accountability now,” aligning with her party boss rather than defending Arizona veterans. After backing Trump’s threats, January 6 organizer Andy Biggs described veterans defending the Constitution as an “insurrection."

Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:

“The Arizona GOP has sunk to a new low as they refuse to stand up for veterans to stay in Trump’s good graces. Andy Biggs, Karrin Taylor Robson, and David Schweikert have shown they’re too weak to stand up to their party bosses and have disqualified themselves from leading Arizona.”
