The Arizona GOP gubernatorial primary is already a messy, expensive race that is running further and further to the extreme right at the expense of Arizona families. With Congressman David Schweikert’s decision to step into the ring, this primary will now escalate exponentially into an all-out brawl.Here are five questions that Arizona voters deserve to hear about from Sleepy David Schweikert:
Will you apologize to the 365,000 Arizonans who are worried about losing their healthcare and who you said are "bedwetting and whining?”
You were the deciding vote to burden Arizonans with the largest tax increase in five decades, disregarding Arizona business owners despite continuously acknowledging the economic dangers tariffs have delivered. Why did you vote to raise prices on everyday items for Arizonans?
You voted against releasing the Epstein files. Why are you deliberately protecting pedophiles and child traffickers instead of standing with victims?
Knowing that over 85 percent of Arizonans vote by mail, including Republicans who spearheaded Arizona’s mail-in voting in 1991, why haven’t you publicly opposed Donald Trump’s proposed executive order to eliminate it?
How can Arizonans trust you with taxpayer money when you committed 11 separate ethics violations for diverting campaign funds for personal spending, including lavish vacations, first-class plane tickets, fancy dinners, Super Bowl tickets, and dry cleaning?
