David Schweikert: Andy Biggs and Karrin Taylor Robson Can't Beat Katie Hobbs

In a recent interview, Arizona Congressman David Schweikert bluntly admitted to the host that gubernatorial candidates Andy Biggs and Karrin Taylor Robson were “going to be in real trouble” when it comes to facing off against Gov. Katie Hobbs.
Schweikert disclosed a recent meeting with a roundtable of influential Arizona Republican donors who showed him hard data on the serious weaknesses of both Biggs and Taylor Robson, arguing that “it was good polling, this was big boy polling, and they [donors] spent real money on it.”
Schweikert also warned that Congressman Juan Ciscomani’s seat “would be gone” because of the extreme policies Washington politicians have supported – policies that both Biggs and Taylor Robson have cheered on.
Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:
“David Schweikert admitted what Arizona Republicans have been saying privately: Andy Biggs and Karrin Taylor Robson are weak candidates who would lose to Katie Hobbs. Arizonans know that extremists passed a budget in DC that would slash Medicaid to hand tax breaks to billionaires, and Andy Biggs and Karrin Taylor Robson will pay the price in 2026 for selling out Arizona families.”
