Copper State War Room Launches “The Andy Biggs Files” Website Spotlighting Biggs’ Decades-Long History of Protecting Pedophiles

Today, Copper State War Room launched "The Andy Biggs Files,” a website exposing Andy Biggs’ decades-long record of protecting pedophiles and sex traffickers, including Warren Jeffs, the convicted child rapist who ran a forced-marriage cult in Colorado City, Arizona.

From single-handedly blocking legislation that could have stopped this corrupt pedophile cult to voting against releasing the Epstein files, Andy Biggs has proven time and again that he protects pedophiles at the expense of their victims. Even his Republican opponents have called out his disturbing record, as Congressman David Schweikert put bluntly: Biggs "voted against protecting our children from really, really bad actors."

Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:

“Andy Biggs has spent decades protecting pedophiles instead of survivors, and to this day he refuses to explain why he protected Warren Jeffs' pedophile cult in Colorado City instead of the women and children he victimized. Arizonans deserve to know why Andy Biggs has spent his career choosing predators over their victims.”

Here’s what to know about Biggs’ decades-long history of protecting pedophiles:

• Andy Biggs single-handedly blocked bipartisan legislation that would have cracked down on the corrupt system protecting Warren Jeffs' cult, allowing the abuse of women and children as young as nine to continue for years. Fellow Republicans blamed him directly — one said: "women and children suffered three years longer than they should have because he protected the bad guys."

  
  

• Andy Biggs was the lone "no" vote against a 2007 bill toughening penalties for child prostitution. His vote prompted the Arizona Republic to run a piece titled "Biggs Puts Pimps, Johns Ahead Of Child Protection."

  
  

• In 2025, Andy Biggs voted against releasing the Epstein files. He was one of only two members of Congress on a House Oversight Subcommittee to vote against transparency.

  
  

• Andy Biggs blocked a bill introduced by then-Senator Katie Hobbs to address the rape kit backlog, after it passed out of committee by a 6-0 vote. He never brought it to the floor, and the backlog remained, leaving predators free. Hobbs later worked with Gov. Ducey to eliminate the rape kit backlog and hold criminals accountable.
