Biggs, Schweikert Side With the Powerful As Key Epstein Files Stay Hidden

3/3/26, 5:30 PM

As new reporting reveals that the federal government is still hiding key Epstein case files, including files that mention Donald Trump, Arizonans are still waiting for transparency. Neither Andy Biggs nor David Schweikert are demanding answers.

Instead of calling for the full release of the Epstein files, both have repeatedly voted against efforts to make the records public. Biggs dismissed accountability as a “‘gotcha' game,” a “ploy,” and “PR stunt.” Schweikert called the Epstein files a “shiny object” and argued that this issue, of whether to stand up for survivors of sexual abuse, does not represent “a threat to society.”

Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:

“When it comes to holding powerful elites accountable, both Andy Biggs and David Schweikert have shown they have zero backbone. Arizonans deserve to know: why do Biggs and Schweikert continue to cover for predators by allowing the federal government to keep hiding key parts of the Epstein files?”
