Andy Biggs Stands By Close Political Ally Mark Lamb Over Credible Allegations of Threatening and Intimidating Women

On the Arizona Political Podcast with Jim Sharpe yesterday afternoon, Andy Biggs was pressed about disturbing allegations against his close political ally Mark Lamb, including allegations of “sexual impropriety” and “threats and intimidation to suppress a history of sexting, nude photo-sharing and inviting intimate encounters outside his marriage.”
Instead of condemning Lamb’s behavior, Biggs said he would “reserve judgment.”
Biggs’ comments are the latest example of his long history of siding with powerful insiders accused of abusive or predatory behavior instead of standing with victims and survivors. Earlier this year, Biggs again, repeatedly voted against bipartisan efforts to release the Epstein files. Biggs previously dismissed efforts to release the Epstein files as a “‘gotcha’ game,” a “ploy,” and a “PR stunt.”
Despite the allegations against Lamb, Biggs still prominently features an endorsement from Lamb on his campaign website and was introduced by Lamb at his campaign launch rally last year.
Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:
“Andy Biggs refuses to condemn threats, intimidation, and deeply disturbing allegations against one of his closest political allies because protecting powerful insiders has always mattered more to him than standing with victims. Arizonans deserve to know why Biggs keeps siding with predators and blocking accountability instead of demanding transparency and justice.”
