Copper State War Room Statement on Tonight’s Arizona Republican Gubernatorial Primary Debate

Copper State War Room released the statement below from spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado after the Arizona Republican gubernatorial debate between Andy Biggs and David Schweikert: 

“Tonight, Washington won and Arizona lost. 

“Andy Biggs and David Schweikert spent the debate trying to rewrite their records, but Arizonans know better than to trust the same Washington politicians who helped drive up costs by backing illegal tariffs, healthcare cuts that sent premiums skyrocketing, and a reckless war that raised prices at the pump. 

“Tonight’s debate made one thing clear: Biggs and Schweikert may be competing with each other, but they represent the same cost-hiking Washington agenda that Arizonans are sick and tired of paying for.”
