“The Robson Rebrand:” Yellow Sheet Report Scorches Desperate Claims From Taylor Robson’s Super PAC
12/10/25, 7:00 PM
Yesterday, Yellow Sheet Report scorched a new TV ad from a super PAC trying to say Karrin Taylor Robson is a “political outsider,” calling it “the Robson rebrand.”
The report specifically notes Taylor Robson has a “long history with Arizona politics” as a “registered lobbyist in the state since at least 1999” and has been “exposed to state politics almost since birth.” As the GOP primary continues to get more expensive and run to the far right, Taylor Robson has been hopelessly failing to rewrite her record as a political failure, billionaire corporate lobbyist, and ultimate insider.
Yellow Sheet added that Taylor Robson’s “campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the ad or a ‘fact check’ of the ad released by Copper State Victory.”
Copper State Victory spokesperson Nicholas Simões Machado said:
“Failed politician Karrin Taylor Robson wants to rebrand herself as a political outsider, but the reality is she’s a long-time corporate lobbyist and the ultimate insider. This latest ad from Taylor Robson’s super PAC and her silence when asked direct questions is just more proof she’ll always put her own political ambitions and her extreme cost-hiking partisan agenda first, no matter how much it hurts Arizona families.”

Yellow Sheet Report: The Robson rebrand
Reagan Priest
December 9, 2025
A new ad from a political action committee supporting gubernatorial candidate Karrin Taylor Robson claims the Republican is a “political outsider,” despite her long history with Arizona politics.
In fact, most Arizona politicos know she’s been exposed to state politics almost since birth.
Taylor Robson is the daughter of former Senate President Carl Kunasek, who served in the Legislature for 17 years before serving two terms on the Arizona Corporation Commission. Taylor Robson’s brother, Andy Kunasek, served on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for two decades.
Early in her own career, Taylor Robson worked for both the Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush administrations.
According to the secretary of state’s lobbyist registry, Taylor Robson has been a registered lobbyist in the state since at least 1999, with a few gaps in the early 2000s and the early 2020s.
Taylor Robson started out as a lobbyist for DMB Associates, a Scottsdale real estate developer, and eventually became its executive vice president. She then became a lobbyist for two large firms, Hayscale and Pivotal Group, before most recently lobbying for Resolution Copper.
Throughout her time as a lobbyist, Taylor Robson served on the Arizona Board of Regents, appointed by Republican Gov. Doug Ducey. She ultimately left the board in 2021 to run in the 2022 Republican gubernatorial primary.
Taylor Robson’s campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the ad or a “fact check” of the ad released by Copper State Victory, the coordinated campaign to reelect Arizona’s top Democrats.
